Not much you can do when it comes to security.It is handled by several government agencies not within IRCC control and they will be unable to provide you with a definite timeline of when it will be completed .The VO officer has to wait until is completed before he can pass security and finalize...

IRCC issues COPR either through the PR portal or directly to your GC account.In your case your COPR was issued directly to your GC account.You have to mail the letter and send your photos to the address provided to receive your PR card.

Can take a few days up to a year,or even more if your unlucky.Based on what I have seen posted.It is only when your application gets approved in your GC account you can see how long your security took after your eligibility was conclusively passed.

You don’t receive a passport request if you’re inland.

Just told them I received two application updates on Thursday and Saturday and the agent looked into it and told me I have passed all the stages.And my application is just waiting to be finalized .I am based in Calgary,so there is a high probability I will likely receive the PR portal...

I saw several posters with the same AOR date, July 8,2020, post they either received ghost updates same date as me or found out they passed all stages when they called.Was a big relief to find out I also passed all the stages as well, and wasn’t the odd one out.I think they are now working on...

Just got off the phone with IRCC and they told me I have passed all the stages and COPR will be issued when it is finalized.

Have the same AOR as you and received two ghost updates last week. Looks like you have passed all the stages and waiting for COPR. Likely have the same status as you.

We’re you able to get transferred to a call center agent and find out the details of the ghost updates?

I received two ghost updates last week: one on Thursday and the second one on Saturday. I may have also passed all the stages, I tried to call this morning to confirm, but was unable to get transferred to one of the call center agents.

You have to call them at 07:55am or an hour or two before they close in the afternoon . Called at 8:10 am and they were unable to transfer me to an agent,
