Fellow FSW applicant here, Submission 14 Feb, DIP since 10 March, no nomination yet.

Express entry is usually faster, plus you can live anywhere in Canada. If you go the PNP route you will have to wait for your nomination. then apply to IRCC through the non-express entry procedure.

I think you only get your money back if they haven't started reviewing your application yet, i.e. in submitted stage.

I understand your pain, DIP since March 10, and today i'm seeing people who submitted/DIPed later get approved. I've also seen horror stories on this forum where DIP last for months. I guess we should respect their stated processing time of 70-100 days and not have high expectations. I'm still...

Decision In Progress in OINP portal I guess they give out nominations to DIP candidates according to submission date, just my guess.

Here's another data point: NOI received: 02 Feb 2023 Submitted: 14 Feb 2023 Assessment: 24 Feb 2023 Decision In Progress: 10 March 2023 Not approved yet.
