As you already having Master, I would suggest go for 1 year PG program in saskatchewan. After completing 1 year PG COURSE, you can put up PNP program within Saskatchewan province even with or without job offer. Ontario & Alberta are also good but you have to compulsory study for Atleast two...

You have bright chances to get visa .. Have you add SOP With your First attempt? Did you ask for CRIP notes ? As it will help you to get accurate reason for rejection.
