The majority of those whose PGWPs are expiring have already applied for extension and have gotten refusals. I personally know a couple and both graduated from Seneca college 5 years before and their PGWP is expiring this Jan 2024. They got refusals for their PGWP extension. I guess they cannot...

No FSW Draws today as well?? There are a tonne of dudes whose PGWP is expiring by Jan and IRCC has not even announced their ever renewing PGWP extension. There's a protest being planned (saw in Twitter and other some FB groups) in Ottawa and Toronto in front of IRCC office by these ppl to Renew...

Bruh, I guess you are quoting the price range for 2018 and 2019. The LMIA cost is over 45K currently (way more $$$ for Trucking particularly) and the approval rate is around 75 to 80 percentage. There are way too many scams happening especially in Brampton (hub for all the shady transactions)...

Yeah, it means no more PGWP extensions. I'm part of some WhatsApp and FB groups, where people are updating that they are losing the statuses but no news about PGWP, TR to PR, or the most debated CEC specific draws (lamdas are still hopeful that there is gonna be a massive CEC specific draw)

So yes, no draw for this week too. There's a dude that I know of, whose PGWP was expiring and RBC (his employer) did not help him with the LMIA or other visa process. He got a departure letter from IRCC to leave within a month and his CRS is 491 and will be around 486 (birthday) next week...

We gotta see what they are up to for tomorrow. If they are doing Occupation based draws or maybe language (Francophones) draws tomo as well, dudes under the 'No Program Specified category' are seriously doomed.

Sadly that's not the case bruh. People from Indian state of Gujarat, Punjab, Haryana, and other states have been applying for Asylum in very large numbers. https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/india-refugee-modi-1.6983416 https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-60290955

That's so unfair but it is going to be more fair. With the focus on Skill and language based draws, I guess it is getting more fair and opportunities be equal for everyone. Lambdas definitely cannot attain more than 520 CRS and not every lambda afford or even get an LMIA backed job offer. I...

I guess gradually Francophones' draw and occupation-based immigration would considerably deter lamba dudes from arriving here in really massive numbers. Yesterday, while traveling in TTC, two dudes started talking to me in Hindi/Punjabi. Although I am from India, I do not know Hindi or Punjabi...

Many consultants including Kubeir are blaming IRCC for the (so called) technical glitch but when I look at the pattern of draws (the last three months), IRCC has been doing just one 'No Program Specified Draw' a month and the rest being Occupation based/Francophones' draw. Dunno why they...

But then, they do the all other draws (the healthcare and other NOC specific ones) without any problems except the all program draws. No system maintenance or nother for Category based draws. Also, if you check the pattern, they are doing just one all-program draw every month for some time...

Hi All, We just received AOR. Do you roughly know how long it usually takes from AOR to PPR for spousal sponsorship?

Thankfully it is being done at least now. We may see a real genuine students coming here to upskill rather than shouting slogans on car roof while driving, playing loud music and irritating neighbors, attaching stickers on cars representing guns, mocking ppl for not speaking Hindi/Punjabi...

True. Canada too may come up with something like this to diversify the nation. Also, it has to be noted that for the last 2 years, highest study visa rejection is for Indian applicants (nearly 40%) followed by Chinese (above 30%). Guess Canada is silently following suit what the US has on table...
