It seems everyone that has gotten their oath completed got the email to download certificate and were able to download after the ceremony. At the time of application, I selected paper certificate. I'm wondering if I will still get the email to download certificate or if the paper selection is...

There's an in person ceremony in Edmonton on the 24th. I hope you can get that. Try sending an email to the Vancouver office and also the email that sends the oath and ask if you can join that. WST-CitizenshipClient-Notification@cic.gc.ca and...

@IPULL got a response back from my MP saying that my Knowledge, security and criminality passed but Language and residency assessments have not started yet. It's just ridiculous that the easiest thing is what's being delayed. Oh well.... the wait continues.

Oh. Congrats. That's big news. Canada sure is good to you. I'm sure being a citizen plays a factor on the ease of getting a mortgage but I had it very easy too when I got mine....plus my rate is around 2.% :) Thanks for checking up. I'll keep you updated definitely!

Hey! I'm good. I stopped checking the tracker and this forum regularly. Lol. I check in here sometimes now just to see the trend.... just waiting till I get the Oath email. I'm not checking my tracker until then. I'll check maybe at the end of the month. Have you applied for your passport?

When did you apply and why are you troubled? Is there something you need the passport for urgently? It can be frustrating seeing others get through and complete their process. But always remember there are people in 2022 that are still waiting and in reality, the timeline is stated at 18 months...
