It doesn’t matter which level of education you are claiming points for so far as you have ECA for it. It’s fine to use just the Bachelors for points and put both in personal history. Hopefully you should get ITA soon!

When did you receive the email to apply? You have 30 days to start the application and 60 days to submit the application.

Can you clarify whether you have already received nomination from Alberta? If you are at the NOI stage, then you have to go through the process with Alberta first, get nominated and then 600 points added to your EE profile.
