Hi @Leogirl22 and @Pgtk We finally received the letter for the relationship interview :D it'll be in 2 weeks, we're thrilled. It took a year and 2 weeks since it was transferred, we didn't hear anything for over a year. So glad our wait is almost over, our process begun in July 2017.

Since your file was transfer to local office before AIP, there's a higher chance you'll end up having a relationship interview. To be honest, you're wasting time by calling, all you have to do is wait patiently, until they, either, request more documents, send you an relationship interview...

Spousal Sponsorship in-land Applications 2017 timeline and updates

Have you started a spousal application already? If so, don't hire a lawyer, you'd throwing money away, they will wait to have an answer on your application to remove or leave you alone. Could you share about your situation a bit more? Perhaps someone could have a better answer. But, as Far...

Spousal Sponsorship in-land Applications 2017 timeline and updates

In my opinion, it doesn't matter where you're from, we all, and we should go through the same procedure, it's part of all the background and security check ups, unless, there is something suspicious in someone's application then they might look a bit further. It could also be that they pick up...

Thanks for replying. That's insane! I quote what you mentioned in other post: "it seems they don't do anything in the meantime". My file was transferred almost a year ago in April to Edmonton, I ordered notes in November I think and it looks as if the last time they opened it was just when it...

I'll speak for both of us, Yes we are Inland applicants. I am not 100% sure what info sharing means, but there are other threads that have explain backgrounds checks, security, etc... For my understanding, Info sharing could be, IRCC contacting other agencies to try to find any relevant...

Out of status- CBSA visit. Exclusion order..help!!

I would say do what you feel like doing, do you want to apply for PRRA do it. I didn't have any evidence so I didn't want to waste time. If you have evidence and can proof the risks of being sent back home, go for it. As I said I am still here waiting for a response, but this is my case. Good luck.

Out of status- CBSA visit. Exclusion order..help!!

As I mentioned, that's my particular case. Have you heard about an Administrative deferral of removal?, basically, they are supposed to wait until IRCC have a decision on the application, if it's a negative outcome, then they'll proceed to remove the PA . I have an exclusion order in place...
