    They only send out a no-reply email after you submit. Then no more response if the document is proceeded within the time frame. I did updated a lot of documents successfully without any emails back from CIC. Hope that helps.

    It is normal if you cannot link your card because in the COPR there is only country of birth (not province of birth). I could not link my account but my spouse’s. However, we still got the cards at the end of the process.
