I received No Reasons letter from IRCC that decision is not yet made and then on 20th itself things that are in progress are completed. Only thing remaining for me...

True they have completed 2021 quota. But forgot there is a backlog lol My friend applied 5-6 months after me and his oath is completed.

I filed for Mandamus using one of the immigration lawyers. Let's hope it will help in speeding up my application. Only thing which I can think of that made file non routine is writing citizenship test outside Canada. Dint knew it would make my file non-routine.
