If you have already ordered notes, give them a call maybe this time around the agent will be in a better mood before their holiday/vacay which will help in forwarding your message to the office.

You will get the oath ceremony email a week before the ceremony but you might get another email for downloading the e-certificate sooner

Call them and ask if they received your oath forms.

If the agent said that it means your urgent request was approved. I think you'll be done with your oath by early to mid Jan. Keep an eye on your tracker for LPP completion. Monitor your email and spam folder for invite. Also check ECAS for 'Decision made' if you applied by paper.

In our case, we ordered notes from below, I chose the ATIP($5) option and our LPP completed before we got our notes https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/welcome.do It's up to you, if you opt for ATIP or Privacy(which is free)

The quickest way is to call first thing in the morning on Monday and keep trying on the spot until it gets transfered, may take 9 attempts.
