When your card is approved you will see a change of status & when you click on application details you will see a note at the bottom of the page that your card was approved and mailed. When you go back to the home screen from there the application status will show "Approved" instead of "Submitted".

If you right click the officer’s digital signature and check properties it reveals the officer’s email address. I’ve never tried contacting them in this way but might be worth a try to get their attention right away

mine was approved Nov 29 and I got it this Friday, December 3rd. You’ll get yours this week

I received the card today and only the status of the address changed to "Accepted" about a month ago. The photo is still in review and I'm holding the card in my hands.

No need to apologize... this is the one place where it's ok to vent and all of us understand how you feel. Try sending an email to ircc.clientportalontario-ontarioclientportail.ircc@cic.gc.ca to ask for an update - I believe that's the email for Etobicoke IRCC

For reference when they told me this it took 6 days for the card to be approved and mailed. Good luck!

Typically the VO that issued your eCoPR will process your information and get it ready for card production. All PR Cards are produced at CPC/CPF-Sydney, NS

Photo is still showing "In Review with IRCC". It's best to link the application via GCKey to get updates.

what I meant was, once the profile says "approved and mailed" the card has been printed and mailed and at that point it's out of the hands of IRCC and in the hands of Canada Post.

Canada Post delivers the cards, not IRCC. It's been 4 days for me too (approved and mailed on Monday), no reason to panic. It'll probably get here tomorrow or early next week.

When the card is approved and mailed it will say it can take up to 6 weeks to arrive. In reality for most people it's more like 4-5 days.

PRBIO is the Biometrics program they introduced as requirement for PR applications in December 2019. That's all. Not sure about the counterfoil status.
