In my case, There is event specific to online test and it is updated on 15 feb. But I completed the test and it is updated in system(online tracker) on 16th November. So not sure what they updated on 15 Feb.

I agree it should be like this. I was trying to check if IRCC is doing any extra check for those who have given test outside Canada. It looks like even some people who have given test inside Canada their application is also delayed a lot.

I applied for GCMS notes and on very first page it says "Primary office: Scarborough" , "Secondary office: GTA-CEN IRCC" and then "Application status Reason: TFR-workload (re)-distribution". I am unable to understand this workload transfer. It would be great if anyone can help on this.

I am also in same boat. Completed test in Nov 2021. Have you done test from outside Canada?

There are people waiting since November as well and IRCC is testing their patience level.

You could have ended call saying that main reason of call is to wake you up from long sleep rather than knowing the status of my application :)

I did test from outside Canada on 15 November and it is more than 3 months. No passport request or any update from IRCC. I am also not sure what will be next step in my application.

I believe in providing feedback and I did that because it helps to improve and I think Scarborough office should process application in order and not randomly. I am happy for my friends who got citizenship but at the same time I feel unlucky :)...

Hi PJR3055, When did you get the update that it is assigned to officer as I also got the same status 2 weeks back? I am also not clear that how many more days they will take further.

Not sure about NOC code but it was applied in Toronto on 9th August and category was Software engineer.

can you guys, please share the time taken by SC after application is assigned to officer? As it takes more than 3 months for the application to get assigned to officer, how many more weeks they actually takes to issue LMO?

@Sanju214, did your employer call SC for the update? For me also, application is sent in Toronto on 9 August and I have not received any response from SC till date.

My employer had conversation with Service Canada today and they mentioned "File has been assigned to Officer". Service Canada did not give any information on further details and any status on timeline. Not sure how many more days/weeks they will take.

My employer applied for me on 9th August in Toronto and there is no update from Service Canada till date.
