Also, if have access to eCAS, I would recommnend signing up with eCAS tracker at https://ecas.carroll.org.uk/ That way, you dont have to be so compulsive about eCAS (like I was starting to become!!!) Cheers

I am using the client id they gave me and my last name - all caps (I'm the sponsor). I cant login with my wife's name. No worries, at least you are approved!

More good news, as we noticed, processing time went down this am to 67! And they are officially working on Sep 8th! Cheers!

Well some good news on my part, called CIC this morning, they gave me our client number, the file is opened! Was starting to worry that the application got lost! :) I did not try ecas yet with the number, I left the number in the car...duh! The agent this morning was fantastic, it really is...

Also, I called again today to see if they could see my status. They gave me the line that the website said they were only at Aug 31, I said I know someone from Sep 14th that got approved. They then checked further and said that my file has not been opened. :-( A little more patience!
