I am a Oct 16th 2014 applicant and still have not received PPR as well. I noticed my ecas was updated to 'decision made' sometime within the past two days. Emailed CIC last monday (5th dec) for update but no response yet. REAlly hoping for good news soon! fingers crossed*

now that Americans are seriously considering migrating to Canada. I hope this somehow doesn't impact or delay our applications even more. Oh man, hope we get our passport requests soon!
