They are processing applications now also. It’s better an application goes to Whitehorse than Sydney. Sydney office is very disorganized.

I haven’t gotten an update yet since my medical changed. No ADR also. I thought I would be popping Champagne by this week. Let me continue with my soda. Champagne would be for next week then.:D

It’s tough to be patient but there is nothing you can do except to wait for AOR. They probably provided it because you asked for it. But at least TFN provides some assurance that you actually have a file in the system. But you can try using it to send missing documents through webform.

There is no set time. It could be 2 days or 2 weeks. Depends on how fast your the background check process completes and is sent to the VO. Goodluck and I hope you get your portal soon.

How did you receive the ghost update?by email?

Did you receive an email for the update? Or you just checked your account and saw it. My updates are not coming via email. I have to manually log in to see it. I thought ghost updates are supposed to come via email.

It’s a project. You have to plan for it. Call 5 minutes before they open so you can join the queue at 8am EST. Or keep trying anytime you get a chance until you are able to join the queue.

Lots of people are trying also. It’s typically first come first serve. I always connect when I call two minutes before they open their lines. Don’t let it deter you. Try again but try being one of the first.
