Hi Ivanlee. It depends on what clinic you are going to choose for your medical exam. For example, in Manila, Philippines, you could choose between SLEC and IOM. In SLEC, you could just be a walk-in, while in IOM you need to call them for an appointment. :)

Still a very long wait, as many 2013 applicants still haven't received their LOA yet. It usually takes 6-10 months after application for status to change.

If you are referring to the call from the Assessor from the MPNP, if they can't contact you, they'll send you an email with instructions to call them. That's what happened to me and my sponsor. :)
