I had a ghost update today in my gckey. My background check has changed from "your application is in progress" to "we are processing your background check". Does anybody know what's this mean?

I just spoke to IRCC rep and she said my medicals is passed, eligibility is passed but Background check has not started yet. She asked me to raise NDVO webform. So that means, the April 19th tracker update doesn't mean anything at all. Does anybody know NDVO contact number?

My primary vo is NDVO. Is that why she said. I specially said my application has surpassed the avg processing time already but I didn't get much response to that.
