AOR July 14 No BIL PNP inland

Did they instruct you to make the payment first and then receive the biometrics letter, or you handled these steps separately by submitting a webform after making the payment? I'm confused it has been more than a month, and I'm still waiting for the biometrics letter.

How to update if my eligibility completed before BIO ?

Congratulation Also PNP Inland OAR July 14. Medical and Eligibility completed 27 July, then stuck at the Biometrics and Background in progress. In fact, they haven't sent me any BIL yet.
