Hi Abbas, Did you make an appointment on both the side (CBP & CBSA)? I am in Winnipeg and I see enrolment center only at the US-side (Pembina), but not finding a way to schedule an appointment for Canadian-side. Wondering could it be possible that CBSA officer also would be there along with...

Change of citizenship after I-140 approved. How to enter back into US?

No, it won't. I put US on the list of countries that may NOT help with quicker GC. Perhaps that may be longest duration to get GC :) Sorry if it was not clear...

Exporting US Made Car from Canada to USA - previously imported to Canada from USA

I myself personally not done this, but I searched and read about this scenario (in the past).... You don't need to do anything special (like importing/exporting), just go to your local DMV and get it registered... I hope you have the original title yet... When I imported my car into Canada...

Your H1B is valid as long the details on the petition is still valid (dates, employment, etc...)... Work location should be your US office location AFAIK... As for residential address, I used my friend's house address (US). I am not sure what the daily commuters do for the residential address...

Change of citizenship after I-140 approved. How to enter back into US?

No. It depends on where you were born and not based on what passport you hold... If your wife or kids are born in some other country (other than India, China, Mexico, Philipines, USA) , it would help.

"I respect myself too much to stay in Canada": Why so many new immigrants are leaving

Canada will never be a melting pot... Before moving here, I came across the phrase "while US is a melting pot, Canada is mosaic"... I did not understand fully the meaning of it... But I get to taste it within few months living here... Every community sticks around with their own community...

"I respect myself too much to stay in Canada": Why so many new immigrants are leaving

Is it a bait and switch to ensure all Tim Hortons and convenience stores have a pipeline of cheap labor? Maybe you could add truck drivers as well in this list... I think, more than anything, it is a way for liberal govt to stay in power.

    OCI process

Hi Abbas, What is shown, in your case, in the OCI card itself? I see that state is not printed, just the city. wondering whether that's the case with everyone. Another thing noticed is, though my son is a minor, it still says "LIFE LONG". Does it mean it never expires and no need to apply...

Yes, I would suggest to get one to avoid any possibility of application returned.

    OCI process

Yes, if you are okay taking risk with your originals... When many stated in this thread that you don't need to send originals, I am not sure why one would take such a risk.

You say "my car" and then in the same line you say you don't own the car... it's not clear what you are trying to say... You can take additional coverage from your current provider to cover they days you are driving in the US. But not sure whether that's what your question is about....
