Yeah but for online application it strictly says they need photos on both IDs. She doesn’t have DL. so little concerned

One last question, for photo IDs, she has a passport/PR as first piece of identification, second ID would be Health Card but Quebec RAMQ don't have photo on health cards. Will it be ok? or I can submit Passport, PR and health card as IDs but I am afraid second piece Id doesn't have photo on it...

I went to BLS today and they contacted someone to confirm and they said it is ok and it is manageable and told to not make it worse. so I guess all good now

I emailed already to BLS and consulate. No response from emails and calls.

As I predicted, BLS status updated today noon - (Counter Delivery to BLS Centre after OCI stamping) So next week should be pickup or courier completion status. @alex the king - Hope you got the update as well.

Based on what I have seen for Ottawa applications, it should take between 3-7 days to receive via pickup or courier. They also send sometimes courier on specific days in a week from Ottawa to bls. So hopefully we will see updated status tomorrow afternoon.
