I couldn't figure that out but I took a screenshot of the important parts especially the personal, travel and employment history. Pasted the screenshots I needed on word document and saved it. Just in case there is any request to update anything from IRCC.

There is no working template for IRCC timelines unfortunately. I doubt that there is a specific explanation for why some would get the test invite faster than others.

I think so too. I did paper application in December 2020, Non-urgent and I have completed the test. I am glad it worked out for him, but I wont conclude that paper application is garbage. Its just a on a case by case basis
