I agree. On one hand, US applicants can enter Canada even if their COPR was approved after March 18th. On the other hand, they havent really issued any PPR / COPR to US applicants after March.

Exactly, no point in having draws every 2 weeks and inviting thousands of new applications if there is no plan to finalize them.

1-2 PPRs here and there is not a very encouraging sign. Even if apps are processed and finalized, PPRs are kinda rare.

how does one get tentative completion date?

I'm not sure how the processing is at this time. There are so many applications which have all the stages cleared but nothing after that. Its just a never ending wait for PPRs at this time

WES most likely wont evaluate just the masters for you. They'll ask for Bachelor's degree and transcripts as well. If you want only your masters to be evaluated you may raise your ECA request with ICES or IQAS. But please verify that your master's will be recognized as masters degree...

Yes, its a joint profile / application. However, I read somewhere that spouse needs to put in an affidavit saying that those funds could be used by spouse for moving to Canada. Is that not applicable in this case?
