Continuous study without break of 1 year and more is eligible for 3 year PGWP, it depends in visa officer to give. But mostly they give 3 years. I do not have any summer or winter break

No you dont have till TRV is valid. Everyone get visitor TRV, its the permit that matters, which states what you can do while inside canada

After so long wait got my pgwp. Duration - 3 years Applied - Nov 2, 2021, Apporved- 17th March. Finally so relaxed
