No you cant travel on ecopr and come back. As your temporary permit ceases to be valid. You should get your PR card

Hey, Did you contact IRCC? Since you are past 17 months of processing time. IRCC agents say that they will send an update to the visa officer when the application passes the processing time.

Seems general update when they update the records for a batch. Security is taking forever, I don't know how long this will take .
