Please reach out to IRCC on 1-888-242-2100 provided on the website. You need to call during Canada day time (9am ET to 5am ET) so basically you can try during our evening time from India. Wait time is around 35-40 mins and please ensure you have all the details ready when you connect to IRCC rep.
