All local bank drafts are valid for 3 months only in India and the Foreign Demand Drafts are valid for six months.

FDD always valid for six months, if the payable in foreign countries. If you made a DD i.e. valid only for 3 months. We sent FDD for foreign businesses made by Bank of Maharashtra and that's are valid for 6 Months. Hope it will help you.
