It doesn't matter, however, OINP requests that you send your results to them as a recipient. Therefore, in the case of Ontario, you have to pay an additional fee for electronic mailing before you submit your documents but WES is the same irrespective of province.

They will respond by stating that the time on their website is just the average processing time and most applications take more time.

Your best option might be to apply for a visitor visa now so that you can get an additional six months after your work permit expires. The truth is that OINP double-checks everything, so you'll need to send the updated score to OINP. If you choose to do this, wait until your documents progress...
