How long did it take from all completed/COPR details available to P1? What is your office and are you inland or outland?

What is your COPR expiration date? Someone said some offices may be sending their portal 1s depending on the COPR expiration date.

Do you know whether that's a common practice? because my visa Office is Etobicoke and the secondary Montreal, but I live in BC

Have you received your portal 1 yet? what is the expiration date of your COPR according to tracker details? Mine is in December. I'm afraid they are sending portal 1 access depending on that date.

When you say "final decision says", what's exactly the message that shows up? that final decision was taken or that it is still in progress?
