Congratulations , I think for your case they have sent the P1 but you have never received it, but for other's case they have not sent at all. So you just forwarded the information to the VO which processed your application ? And how you get their exact email ?

yes whenever we contact them then only tracker gets updated and I remember on 4th oct many peoples tracker got updated but there is no updates inside .

If you get any GU in GCKey that means some part of BGC is completed , but only in tracker I am not sure what is changed. Have you called them recently ?
