If your last update was 1 May and eligibility completed on 5th May in tracker, means your actual eligibility was completed by IRCC on 1 May and updated 4 days later ?

Yes I did. I was told that my elig is recommended pass on 2nd June. And I believe this change might have happened around 24-25 May. So, its already been so long since the status is same.

It may be the case for some with some status but not true entirely. Because my elig and Bg both are in progress since more than 2 months. ( PVO- Sydney). Not even an inch movement since then.

Anyone here with Sydney as PVO ? My file has seen no movement since biometrics were updated (24 May). FSW-O here with AOR-14 March. I have not seen much FSW outlanders with Sydney. Just want to see if there is anyone? And the status update please? Why Sydney is not starting security

Yes you are right. Thank god I have seen atleast one FSW-O getting approved from Sydney. I really hope his/her VO was not changed in between and everything went through Sydney only. And if its so, thats pretty good.

Thanks for this. But I couldnt figure out much. Maybe I am unable to see through properly. But the thing I noticed is that the updated date is still 2 months back (when I got BIL), meaning my file has not been touched since then.

Got you. As far as I have seen, Sydney is quick and sending final decisions for the inland applicants. Its only the outlands that are stuck.

I also called few days back. Firstly, an agent said security in progress. Actually, I didnt get the sense and I called again. The another agent mentioned that its not started. Dont know whats the actual status though.
