The spouse of most of the people here already got PR. Some since 2021. Only IRCC can explain what is going on.

You can upload two files that will not be more than 3.5mb or one file that will not be more than 2mb. Ensure the file is in PDF format. Compress as appropriate to fit into the requirement.
