When where you able to link the PR card application to your gckey account ? My wife landed on sep 18th, and I still get "application not found"

yes, same thing here.. My wife also landed on sep 18th.. no updates, not able to link application to gckey.. ecas also can't find application

Some times it's like that, and some other times you see "application/profile updated" on gckey but all fields didn't change.

Pre-arrival letter received today. No DM or PPR

Not sure what AOR2 looks like. I only got BIL then SA, stating application moved to Cairo. Then after that I got ADR from cairo asking for CSQ and Medical. And that's it.
