My TRV eligibility was completed on Sep 06, 2023 and I was waiting for PPR, but instead I received Spousal sponsorship PPR on Sep 11, 2023. And around Sep 16, I got withdrawal letter for TRV.

I was just about to submit the webform to withdraw the TRV application, but just before doing so, I received a withdrawal letter in the IRCC portal.

The withdrawal letter stated that you are entitled to receive a full refund of application fees, but I haven't received it yet. I'm not sure how long that takes.

After one week of spousal PPR, IRCC issued an automatic withdrawal letter for the TRV application through the portal.

I applied TRV on July 10, 2023.

I submitted my passport to BLS for renewal on Sep: 29. Since Oct 7 status is print has been inititated for passport. Anyone knows how long it will take to get the passport back?

Passport submitted to VFS AMD: Sep 13 Reached IRCC Delhi: Sep 15 Tracker ghost update: Sep 29 Tracker ghost update: Oct 02 Dispatch email: Oct 03 File submission timeline is in my signature.

Update: Received passport dispatch email today.

I can't definitively say that this is the exact reason for the file being sent back, but I do know someone else who encountered a similar situation and eventually determined that the problem was related to their selection. I found this on the web, which might provide better understanding...
