yes. Both were complete on Sep 13. Prohibitions are complete as of Oct 1. Now only the decision is pending as citizenship ceremony alone shows as not started and rest is complete. Regards,

I tried calling but I only get automated citizenship status. There is no option to connect to an agent. I have submitted a web-form today. Is that enough or should i still contact IRCC ?
