    Hi, if you are talking about PR Portal (PR confirmation) email (P2) - there should be a link that you can click that leads you to the portal and you can use the credentials that you use to apply for PR to log in.

    Did you try to include "the sponsor" in the number of applicants? like instead of "3" your wife + 2 kids, try 4 (include you in there)
