Got this in my gckey today: November 1, 2024:Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made. But tracker still shows eligibility and background in progress. I am worried because I was expecting ADR to clarify a few things.

Can they take action without giving me opportunity to explain?

Doesn’t that delay the process?

Thank you. I mentioned everything in my LOE. I have pay stubs and my employment card. Do you think these will suffice?

I won’t have a problem with that if they request it. I just hope that I get to that point at least. From what I am reading, people are saying it’s hopeless. Are you aware of cases where additional documentation in case of verifying previously omitted work experience was asked?
