Hang in there! They will finally resume processing FSW applicants. They can't keep the applications open forever. And you'll receive your GCMS notes in the next week hopefully :) When you received them, plz share with us if there's been any movement.

I ordered mine on 26th of Jan, and recvd them today, so exactly one month. I think you gotta wait another week or two.
