Can visitor still apply for work permit inside of Canada

Applying for a work permit will not impact your TRV. First step is the job offer and the approved LMIA from an employer.

    That should be fine.

Can visitor still apply for work permit inside of Canada

You can certainly try to find a non-skilled job. It may be difficult to get an approved work permit from IRCC for a non-skilled job because this will be a mismatch to your educational background and since you don't have any work experience yet.

Can visitor still apply for work permit inside of Canada

The job you are applying for in Canada should align to your previous education and/or work experience. Otherwise there's a significantly higher chance of refusal.

I think you are posting to the wrong section of the forum. Did you apply for a SOWP? If so, post your questions to the Foreign Workers section.

Could I be eligible for urgent processing?

You can certainly try asking for urgent processing. Worst case scenario IRCC says no. No harm in asking.

Procedural fairness letter - medical grounds - need advice for lawyers

I don't know how much they charge. Being on dialysis puts someone well above excessive demand. To have a strong argument, I think you would want to be able to convince IRCC that your father's health is good enough that he won't require dialysis for 5-10 years. Good luck.

Voluntarily renouncing PR as protected person and reapplying later via spouse sponsorship

You really need to pay for a consult with a very good immigration lawyer experienced with refugee cases. If you renounce PR but remain a protected person and have your spouse sponsor you for PR, then you are still a protected person and the same rules for using your home country passport...

I don't know. But I don't understand why you would do this.

Voluntarily renouncing PR as protected person and reapplying later via spouse sponsorship

I don't think this is possible. I agree with the post above. You can certainly renounce PR status but to the best of my knowledge you will remain a protected person. You should get a consult with at least one, if not a few, very good immigration lawyers before you do anything.

Should I apply for a TRP

This is a complicated situation and I'm not sure anyone here will be able to give you a clear answer. You would be best off working with an immigration lawyer (not consultant) on your next steps. Note that TRP processing times are generally very long right now (i.e. over one year). You...
