same here my lawyer has access to it but suddenly it was deleted and showing blank there he emailed and got a reply like about medical date which was done but after that no reply and thread was deleted wondering what is next

surprise receive epost and asked to submit documents which I did then they replied and ask for more forms and after submitting no reply. submitted on 22nd October and waiting since then however in 1st epost they said after forms they will issue medical document but everything is silent

it's about people saying like until you won't get claimant ID you are not in the IRB system so when they will give you id they will transfer your case to IRB then your time will be start and the hearing will be schedule is it true? like people who are here since march are not claimant yet so...

wondering about people who applied claims after march 18 ONLINE and receive their acknowledgement claims online and notice appear for an interview.. I understand their claimant ids and WP will be given after bio matric and passport submissions. what about their time the time they came here in...

I think this paragraph is added recently as it wasn't there and due to that many refugees were heading to NL so I think that's a reason they added details, before that there was no explanation and I think everyone was thinking that the claimant can apply and stay there lol many went there...

as per the NL gov website, a pending case asylum seeker can apply if they have a valid job full time. and they are willing to live there and I heard they are processing applications within 30 business days as well.

I will say lucky you are in this situation applied in may receive AOC and then nothing the last month-end received epost for submitting documents and then they will send letter for medical however your medical is done already .. so i think it will take some more time to receive WP

why not? he can sit in the same room with you using another laptop whats a big deal? one of my friends replied to them in yes and his lawyer will sit with him..

you can go for it as in your comfort zone you can respond better way as compared to in-person.. and the other thing you waited so long already so another year or months can be a long time again for you..
