This happened to me as well. I paid RPRF twice and biometrics also. It freaked me out when I saw the refund, I thought it was the payment for the entire application.

It seems like you overpaid a fee somewhere. That happened to me as well, I called, and the agent said it was a refund for overpayment.

I'm inland, my status bar has long passed 100% and my eligibility and background have not yet started.

Please, whatever you do, don’t let your current status expire before you get your PR status. If you’re already on maintained status that fine but don’t let it expire without applying for an extension.
