We submitted our file together on march 11, 2023 I received my pre arrival letter on March 5th, 2024 But didn't receive an eligibility letter. My dependent in Iran doesn't have a Canadian Embassy and VO which is why they sent the file to 3rd country

thank you for sharing your timeline I'm the main applicant I called IRCC they told me they sent my dependent file to ANKARA VO, but still, I haven't received any medical instruction for him even an eligibility letter for mine, I don't know if it is normal.
