"New Waterford, NS" location is opening the application package delivered on Jan 20. (as per the updates in this forum) Till your application package is not opened, you will get a similar response from the webform/call center. When was your application was delivered?

Thanks for the updates. My application reached "New Waterford, NS" on Feb 09. So, it will take ~3 weeks for my application to be opened.

That's excellent news. Did you send your application using UPS? Just want to check if your application reached the "Sydney, NS" OR "New Waterford, NS" IRCC office.

Still waiting. The paper application was delivered on Feb 09th to New Waterford, NS office.

yes, I also sent a package to the same address by UPS. But looks like UPS is delivering packages to the New Waterford office and saying that the Sydney office is temporarily closed. I checked a few other forums, packages are re-directed to the New Waterford office. Which courier did you use...

yes, that may be the reason. For me, it shows as (12-2022) E. I am not sure if that Print Button will create any problems...
