    If they said they have sent you portal 1 email, you should double check your spam/junk folder and tell them that you haven't received any email.

    No I don't know my VO. How can I know my VO? I am guessing Etobicoke since it's closer, I'm in Mississauga, Ontario, but not sure if it works this way.

    I think they're taking a minimum of 6 months to process the applications, even if their website shows 5 months. Waiting is so hard knowing we are already approved, they even issued the COPR number, don't know why they aren't sending the email.

    I called IRCC for this issue, Enter your full name on the family name or surname column and leave the given name column blank. For me, it worked doing this.
