This would be tricky. You would need to predict when you will get ur PPR. Canada or your Home Country getting your COPR and Visa stamped is a seamless process.

No they come in a single mail. Approval part is for your application.

Not sure about Visa Exempt but for once they receive the passport it gets approved within 7-10 days and to receive COPR and passport it takes another 7-10 days

Your Diploma will get evaluated as Diploma even if you do it after 10th or 12th. That wont result in lower evaluation report.

Yes mine got activated at 6.30 pm. I had called on +1 8882422100 and I told the agent that my application is approved on 7th and still haven't received the passport. She had a look in the system and said the process completed today and they have given the passport to return back.

Mine too was approved on 7th May and still waiting for return tracker. I had called CIC and the agent told me they sent the document in the morning(It was 9 am them) and now its 5:20 pm still the return tracker is not activated :(

Are u thinking that if they consider ur diploma after 12th, ur diploma will be evaluated as a Bachelor's Degree?

Yes for me it is 30 days.
