Hi LegalFalcon, My Last Date of Entry, First Date of Entry and country of Residence (at the time of application it was USA, now moved to India) are incorrect, if I proceed toland and point these to the POE officer, would it be an issue you think?

I agree that we need to mention the reason but Well CRS is the reason , and it is always better to be truthful. Especially those who apply non accompanying when spouse is already with them in Canada should mention the real reason instead of making up something! . Thanks for your thoughts

Many people applied spouse non accompanying while spouse already in Canada and mentioned CRS as the reason . I think he can also mention CRS and try visitor visa for spouse so she cant visit for short duration while his PR application is in progress. If he is honest and upfront I dont think...

yes as long as you had updated your correct address it should be ok

You can update it in Schedule A form even if you did not mention change of address after submitting your application. The whole purpose of Schedule A is to identify such things that have changed since you submitted your application. However If it is within the same state/ province I wouldnt...
