Web Webform reply takes around 30 to 45 day's so don't worry for that , when you call tomorrow to agent ask them whether you have apply once again or what , coz your file might be lying at mail room . I am nov 2020 applicant and I also ask them on Webform and they replied that they have received...

Please check it through web for or your local mp , sometimes the agents can't access the records so you can try calling once again

Just pay pr application fees only , biometric they are bot asking to do coz of covid-19 (if you have given biometric within last 10 year's), so you will be good , if they need biometrics again so then they will ask you to do so

I called and asked IRCC helpline no, the agent said " i am not sure , and can't say anything unless you will get AOR ", I felt like they really dont have proper knowledge of their own process lolz
