Montreal seems to be on a roll. Some friends of mine (oct 16 applicants) have their tests invites for the end of the month or the beginning of february, with the invite send ~1 month after their IPs. Hope you all have some updates soon ! :)

Actually, while you don't have a US stamp on your passport , your flagpoling is probably recorded in your i94 report. I have it on mine. Good luck with your application ! :)

Used to be 2 and 3. But many (including myself) post C6 applicants have received an email and ecas update instead. This could be included in the process changes IRCC has propably introduced to face the new applications' surge.

People can request an urgent processing of their citizenship application if they have a good reason, like a job requiring the canadian citizenship... But many post October 11 applicants (including both of us ^^) currently have a fast time-line, with a test scheduled 3 months after the app was...

For section 9c, this is a grey area... Some just put no, some put yes and n.a. in all the parts of the additional document, some put yes and an explanation letter saying the document doesn't apply to them. If you want to be extra safe : put yes, add a letter explaining that you're not claiming...
