Is GC almost guaranteed after 2 years on H1B for non-Indians and non-Chinese? I guess it depends on the employers, right?

The US has more family-based immigration than Canada which I agree it's not that great. But, the "Job offer" part needs a PERM which is similar to LMIA right? Is it that easy to come on L1? do you need to become a manager or something?

If I were a young Canadian, I would also probably complain about this because I need to compete with the new PRs in the labor market and housing.. It's surprising that Canadians are not anti-immigration and there is no anti-immigration rhetoric..
