yes its LMIA job offer, so i feel it shud be ok for 50points. Only issue is they want offer letter to say 1year from PR. When i came on job here, i wasn't asking them to write offer letter as per PR requirements as that time I was not thinking about same.

if my offer letter itself says "offer for indeterminate period." than do we need to show its valid for 1year+?. Its says indeterminate duration in offer letter in 2018 and current letter of employement says full time, permanent.
