I called RCMP and they said they sent the results to Vancouver IRCC on Nov 17th.

I did through an agency. I emailed RCMP now.

Still no update after Fingerprint taken on Nov 9th. :(

I got Fingerprints request letter on Nov 6th and Fingerprints taken on Nov 9th. No update after that.

I see in August thread, there are few people who completed the test and after a week background gets complete.

BG still shows in progress.

No ghost updates.

I got same tracker update today for test date between Nov 3rd and 23rd. No email received yet.

My application status still shows "Submitted for review" on the website. No details about AOR received on 17th Oct.

Case processing office showing as Sydney,NS.
